Studio Visit

At Home with Naama Tsabar

At home in Brooklyn, Naama Tsabar shares how she is occupying her days away from the studio: “I’ve been spending a lot of time reading, thinking, drawing.” Watch as the artist leads us through various corners of her home, revealing maquettes for future felt works and activating one of her “Transition” works with her guitar. The work is comprised of an amplifier dismantled and reassembled so that the wires create a visual composition. “The nice thing about having it at home is I can jam on it, enjoying it sonically as well as visually” says Tsabar.
